With the Spotlight feature, you can focus on just one part of the screen and darken out the rest.
To add a spotlight
Place the time indicator where you want to add the spotlight and click the Spotlight button on the top menu.
On the right, you can change the Edge Feather and Opacity
And simply drag the spotlight where you want to place it on your video.
